The floorplan is designed to tuck your dream home into a hillside with the middle floor as the main level and entry, offering you a home office option that keeps your business meetings separated from the hubbub of your family.
Guests arriving at Morning Rise can be immediately ushered into a spacious private office area to the left of the front door, or they can continue into the main living area of the home for the open floor plan Great Room that offers the family gathering area with the view of your hillside vista from the attached screened-in porch. The private office at the entryway even provides a powder room immediately across the entry hallway that meets the need of any office guests without interrupting the family living space.
The Great Room is designed for the active family with a fireplace and easy transition to the covered screened in porch of your view space. The open Kitchen offers both a bar space for entertaining of informal meals and a large island prep space, which can also serve as a transitional entertainment countertop for easy buffet entertaining.
The Chef’s Kitchen to the right of the Great room features plenty of food prep space and the carefully designed kitchen workspace, the creative cook will find an ease of entertaining large groups or just the family.
Leading off the open Kitchen is a Formal Dining area that shares the hillside vista views of the Great Room and Covered Porch. The Dining Room brings back the relaxed elegance of a true family mealtime or the option to invite guests to a traditional seated meal with easy access to the kitchen and food prep areas.
To the right of the kitchen is the doorway to the Mud Room entry area that family members would enter from the three-car garage as well as the stairwell to the optional bonus room or attic area above the garage. The secret of Morning Rise is its lower level. With a staircase heading down from the Great Room, a wide open secondary entertaining and family space can be found carved into the hillside with a covered porch under the main floor porch sharing the vista of the valley and outdoor view scape. Tucked behind the wet bar is a large storage space that could be used as crafting storage, keepsakes or an area for displaying collections of your childhood. This area also will house mechanical needs of the house to keep them safely out of sight.

Each of the lower level bedrooms is accessed from the lower level family room via short entry hallways offering the additional privacy and quiet space that allows these bedrooms to be sanctuaries for children, guests or even extended live-in family members.
The flexibly designed floor space also provides access also offers each bedroom a private entrance to the storage area from the bedrooms’ private entrance hallways.
