Magnolia Grove Timber Home
A note from the designer...
Magnolia Grove is a home designed for active families. This 2,019 square foot home features three bedrooms and 2.5 baths and an open, modern floor plan.
Magnolia Grove’s Master Suite is completely private, featuring an ample walk-in closet with a bathroom offering two sinks, a separate shower and soaking tub. The Master also provides private access to the home’s large screened in porch.
The second and third bedrooms on the opposite side of the home offer large walk-in closets and a bath with a shared tub and toilet but individual sinks. The perfect set up for young children and teens, these bedrooms keep the living space separate from the bedroom and bath areas.
Located between the two bedroom areas are the main living quarters of the home. This living space is designed for families to spend time together and easily adapts for hosting parties and entertaining guests. This open space features a Great Room as well as a chef’s dream Kitchen and Dining Room. Connecting the Kitchen to the Dining Room is a show stopping Island with a sink and dishwasher that transforms from a food prep surface to a family eating bar, an entertainment wet bar or a food service area. Adjacent to the Kitchen area is a walk-in Pantry providing a convenient storage area for kitchen tools and allowing families to stock up on food.
The exterior door leading from the Dining Room is a competing focal point to the Kitchen Island. The door leads to a covered screened porch of private outdoor living space. Dine in or out! The Porch expands the home beyond its walls for enjoying family time or welcoming guests.
Magnolia Grove’s design offers the luxury of a three-car garage. Adjacent to the formal covered porch entrance, the garage provides a second entrance through a mudroom with ample storage for everyone’s gear. From this private entry kids can beeline to the staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms or head past the spacious laundry room toward the Kitchen and Great Room.
Magnolia Grove is planned with a growing family in mind and is designed to accommodate its changing needs for space, privacy and even drivers.
