Creek’s Bend Timber Home Plan
A note from the designer...
Creek’s Bend is a 2,935 square foot, three-bedroom home that incorporates a love of the outdoors into the design. Your deck and covered patio flow directly from both the Dining Room and your Master Bedroom Suite for easy access to private outdoor space.
The master suite offers a spacious walk-in closet and a bath with double sinks, separate bath and shower and the space to linger or dress in a hurry. Appointments of decorative trusses add to the luxurious feel of a Suite, which can close off from the bustle of the household, becoming a sanctuary.
The other bedrooms in the house are linked with a Jack-and-Jill efficient bathroom. Each bedroom has its own sink and walk-in closet/dressing area, sharing a tub and toilet from individual entrances from each bedroom.
Between the Master Suite and the two-bedroom suites are the shared areas of the home, including a Great Room with a fireplace, a family den space that can be closed off from the Great Room, the dining space and an open Kitchen where everyone can be both in and outside of the heart of the home, the kitchen.
The Kitchen is designed for real cooking creating a smooth workflow through the prep space, countertops and range, refrigerator and sink. The openness of the design is perfect for those who love to cook while participating with the happenings in the household. A separate Butler’s Pantry allows you to stow your cooking equipment and utilize additional space for freezer and food storage.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a guest half bath, making guests and family comfortable without having to enter private living space.
Entries are covered and protected. A two-car garage leads you to a large mudroom for the outdoor/indoor transition with ample storage for everyone’s gear, backpacks and shoes.
Topping off the floor plan is the large walk-in laundry room where clothes can be folded, ironed and made ready for the next day without clutter in the living space.
The Creek’s Bend design also offers expansion possibilities like adding a finished walkout basement or a second floor bonus room over the two-car garage.
